"I hired Laurentiu to illustrate a 20 page children's book about child abuse as a collaboration project with a child advocacy center. Laurentiu was understanding of the nature and complexity of the text and organization's mission and was careful to ensure the illustrations were welcoming and light and appropriate for the text. He paid close attention to detail and added details we are still finding later (like a tissue box on a table in the welcome room). He was easy to communicate with and understood that it was a two step decision making process (author and organization). Working with Laurentiu has been wonderful! The communication is clear, his turn around is timely, and he will add his own ideas but is also open to very specific illustration needs. I am excited to work with him again."
