Accounting skills
- Bookkeeping, close the books and handle all transactions and journal entries monthly
- Able to handle a deferred revenue / accounts receivable schedule
- Able to enter accrued expenses journal entries

Finance
- Able to reconcile all 3 financial statements monthly
- Ability to read financial statements and come up with high-level insights month-over-month
- Comfortable with Stripe and QBO

Misc
- Comfortable working with both recurring and one-time revenue models
- Accrual-based accounting method is used
- (Preferred / Not required)
-Able to give input and guidance on standing up a CRM
- Just high-level input on what data needs to be captured to create revenue by customer schedule
- No need to implement, integrate, or transition onto CRM yourself, again just giving Justin advice and guidance and best practices / processes
