ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
HireInfluence is an award-winning agency, serving the most established brands in the world since 2011.  We have been exceeding expectations for influencer agendas for over a decade - managing strategic campaigns for the likes of Microsoft, Oreo, Southwest Airlines, McDonalds, Target, Meta and many more.  We are honored to have been recognized for 8 prestigious industry awards in the last 12 months alone, including "2022 and 2023 Influencer Agency of the Year"!

ABOUT THE POSITION:
- Must be a U.S. based Individual and available during normal working hours.
- Must be available via Slack on a priority/rush level for on-the-fly jobs as they arise. A steady flow of work with tight deadlines should be expected.  
- You will be provided an internal email address and considered an official team member of the agency (Director of Multimedia Design).
- Time requirements will vary based on workload, and will range between 10 - 30 hours each week. Hours worked must be documented through an internal time tracking system.
- This is a long term opportunity.  Our current designer has been with us over 6 years, but no longer has the capacity/bandwidth for our needs.

NOTES ABOUT THE WORK:
- Majority of time and effort will be allocated to extensive pitch deck/presentation design.
- Accuracy + attention to detail is of the utmost importance. Much of the work will involve analytics.
- Must be edgy and creative with modern insight that caters to Fortune 500.  In summary, if the work is not good enough for Nike or Apple, it's not on par with what we are after.
- We are NOT interested in templates.  We are an innovative content agency, and expect our graphics to be original and best-in-class.

- Case study design using recent HireInfluence projects

OTHER NOTES:
- Our existing designer will remain in place through May 17th.  We are looking to hire someone immediately to begin working collaboratively with him.
- Much of the work is repetitive design, and we do have templates in place.  However, you will be expected to consistently update these templates with new elements/styling based on modern design trends.
- Designers that apply without providing a portfolio will not be considered.
