Altium HDI PCB Layout Work for Novel Ultrasound Medical Device
I am looking for someone with experience with HDI PCB layout to assist me with the layout of a hand-held ultrasound medical device I am developing. I am an electrical engineer who became a physician and have created a startup company to create an ultrasound product. I have a lot of experience with altium and have created the schematic for the design, but I need an expert to help with the layout of this complex board. The board will be an HDI 12+ layer board with multiple 0.8mm BGAs to fanout in a 45 mm x 90 mm space. I am looking for someone to held guide me on via choices (microvia, blind, buried, through hole), BGA fanout strategy, controlled impedances, etc.
