Architectural Rendering and Visualization
We are looking for a licensed TN engineer who can create high-quality site plans and elevation renderings for our architectural projects. Responsibilities include creating detailed and accurate renderings based on provided sketches and specifications. The artist should have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work within tight deadlines.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g. SketchUp, 3ds Max)
- Strong knowledge of rendering techniques and software (e.g. V-Ray, Lumion)
- Excellent understanding of architectural design principles
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret sketches and specifications
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous architectural renderings
- Less than 30 hrs/week Hourly
