Bookkeeper for accounts receivable

I run a small real estate investment company. We have recently started using Bill.com for AP synced with Quickbooks. We have some vendors/payments that are international (Pesos) and the rest (majority) in US/USD. I want to require all accounts payable requests to be sent to our email that automatically uploads to our bill.com inbox. We are looking for someone to take all invoices in the inbox and create bills categorized to the proper category and class ready for payment to be approval by me.
