I have a tax & bookkeeping business that specializes in helping solopreneurs & small businesses in creative industries.  I have a few clients that are in need of catch-up/cleanup and ongoing bookkeeping help, and I am looking to accommodate these clients as well as to grow the bookkeeping side of the business. I'd like to find someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has solid QuickBooks experience. Additionally, I need someone with good communication skills who can interact with clients using simple, casual, non-jargony language. Primary responsibilities include catch-up/cleanup work, proper categorization of income & expenses, reconciliation of bank & credit card accounts, and preparation of monthly financial reports. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of accounting principles, and QuickBooks Proadvisor certification is preferred.
