Started a hobby during covid 4/22 nothing too serious. Bought and sold some product. Have a collection of watches, antiques, clockes, artwork. Turned into more of a business.

Then it got bigger, selling got bigger but still not a big deal. Lots of success in career meant it wasn't a concern. $50k in sales estimate in 2023 wasn't big deal.

CPA has now said " this is big deal. Get your books setup going forward and get your previous books entered correctly"

So what is needed going forward:
1. Setup Basic Accounting software - no tax collection - quickbooks preferred
2. Setup data collection from ebay, Amazon, shooify, Etsy, poshmark, mercari, depot, meta shops starting now
3. Setup for monthku accounting to send to cpa for review
4. Setup accoubt integration fo banking to quickbooks or reccomended accounting system

Historical clean up:
1. Data entry 600 entries into consolidated new account
2. Forward transaction entry, monitor automated entries approximately 10 per week

Successful candidate(s) will be offered ongoing work for weekly accounting and monthly reconciliation
