We're at a pivotal point in our growth, and we're looking for a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) who is not just a salesperson but a sales warrior—someone who brings creativity, energy, and an unrelenting focus on closing deals.
What We Need:
We're searching for a CSO who can take our sales to the next level. You'll be the driving force behind our sales strategy, execution, and team leadership. This role is for someone who can not only strategize but also get in the trenches and close significant contracts themselves.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Build and lead a sales team capable of executing complex sales strategies and exceeding targets.
Strategic Oversight: Develop and refine our sales processes and strategies to penetrate new markets and secure large-scale contracts.
Hands-On Closing: While leadership is key, we need you on the front lines, closing deals and making pivotal sales that set the tone for the team.
Team Motivation and Development: Foster a high-energy, results-driven culture within the sales team, motivating and mentoring members to excel.
Who You Are:
A seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of closing high-value contracts and building successful sales teams.
Creative and strategic in your approach, able to identify opportunities and adapt tactics in a dynamic market environment.
Exceptionally motivated, not just moving targets but setting them, driving yourself and your team towards ambitious goals.
Skilled in negotiation, with the ability to inspire confidence in clients and stakeholders alike.
