Design Sales Team infrastructure for expanding product
We have created a method to educate and deliver estate planning anywhere in the US. This approach is an improved experience in all aspects: better customer experience - better education and documents - and a relationship over time: all at a good price.
We have this concept working locally and now we are expanding and want to create a sales force who are commissioned based - we also want to create affiliate programs with other attorneys who can use our service to educate the client and draft the documents.
I need help to design a win-win comp plan for the various roles needed to make this happen.
The outcome here is that together we create a comp plan for all team members that is success based and that works for us now when the numbers are low (getting started) as well as in the future as we have success and the numbers are higher. in other words we neeed a plan that works for us all now and incentivizes the team to look to the brightness of the future as well.
I anticipate this rolling out in two phases - first the consulting / design phase - then it could evolve into sales management or sales team expansion role later with a success fee built in too.
