I have a digital marketing and creative agency that is growing quickly but needs to get its books and financial infrastructure in order. I need an experienced and versatile accounting professional to help this agency with the following:
- Set up QBO & clean up books
- Advise CEO on professionalizing the business and develop financial infrastructure (banks to use, credit card, payroll, ways to issue personal distributions)
- Establish and run monthly bookkeeping procedures to establish monthly close process
- Clean up and separate personal transactions from the business
- Experienced with professional services accounting, particularly dealing with contractors and agency contracts

If successful, this engagement will be continuously ongoing.
