Experienced Client Account Manager for Marketing Agency

We need someone to help our clients feel heard, loved, and supported at all times. This role will also include helping existing clients by identifying and upselling them into additional services when needed.

We care a ton about our clients and even more about our team. Our team culture is precious to us. We have huge, tremendous goals for growing our agency, and we know those goals will only be obtained if we’re doing absolutely everything that we possibly can to help our clients grow their businesses AND we’re actively protecting our company culture.

Here is what we are looking for in a rockstar Client Account Manager who hopefully will grow into a full blown company leader with us in time.

- A PERFECT COMMUNICATOR: You must be able to talk to anyone, in any medium (Slack, text, email, written, Zoom, phone, in-person), enjoy it, and excel at it.

- RELATIONSHIP BUILDER: In this role you will own the development, care, and growth of all of our client relationships.

- STRONG SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING KNOWLEDGE: We’re a social media marketing agency so you’re going to spend most of your time talking about the strategy and execution of social media marketing with our clients and our internal team. We’re not looking for you to be a social media marketing specialist (HUGE bonus if you are by the way), but we are looking for you to know the general ins and outs of winning social media marketing strategies so you can talk intelligently to clients about the work we’re doing for them.

- HAPPY AND HARD WORKING: We are going to give this awesome opportunity to a person that can keep up with us! This person will be ambitious for personal and professional growth, very happy, open minded, and excited to learn and improve themselves.

- GREAT WRITING AND READING: You are a great editor with an eye for detail. Nothing gets by you!

- SUPER ORGANIZED:The person I am looking for is highly organized but willing to accept controlled chaos. This is the realm of a fast growing social media marketing agency.

This is a work from home position. Part time right now: 20 hours a week.
There is minimal required travel for any team building activities or conferences.
