I need an experienced writer and editor at the intersection of academic writing and non-fiction business advice.

I am writing a non-fiction business book for business owners and hiring managers, summarizing a broad array of scientific research on hiring, to provide business leaders with actionable, plain English takeaways.

So far I have completed the research and nearly finished a very rough draft.

I need someone who can come in, and in coordination with me finish the entire first manuscript:
1. editing what I have written so far
2. summarize the research I have outlined for the final chapters
3. properly set up academic citations
4. help add some color--more stories or human interest elements. This is meant to be an engaging, helpful book for business leaders, based on academic science. It's not meant to be a boring hard-to-read academic treatise.
