Google Ads Specialist (Campaign Setup and PPC)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive qualified traffic and conversions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PPC advertising principles, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of delivering results.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Setup: Create and set up new Google Ads campaigns based on client objectives, target audience, and budget allocations.
- Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for ad targeting.
- Ad Copywriting: Write compelling ad copy that drives clicks and conversions while adhering to best practices and brand guidelines.
- Ad Extensions: Implement ad extensions such as sitelinks, callouts, and structured snippets to enhance ad visibility and performance.
- Bid Management: Monitor and adjust bids to maximize campaign performance and achieve target ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) or CPA (Cost per Acquisition).
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting settings to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Conversion Tracking: Set up and configure conversion tracking to measure and attribute conversions accurately.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance and insights to clients or internal stakeholders.
- Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and new features within the Google Ads platform to continually improve campaign strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
In-depth knowledge of PPC advertising principles, best practices, and ad formats.
- Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools for campaign management and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Google Ads certifications (e.g., Google Ads Search Certification) are preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred.
