We are in search  of a software developer to join our team. You'll be crucial to our efforts to revolutionize digital experiences. You will develop Adobe Target experiments that address actual user pain points and enhance important e-commerce success indicators by working with cross-functional teams. Delivering sophisticated answers to site visitors and having the ability to function well both independently and in a team are the duties of this role. Someone who takes the initiative, creates a feeling of urgency, is resourceful, and extremely organized would be perfect for this post. Although you can work from anywhere in the contiguous United States, you will be expected to collaborate with colleagues as needed in this remote capacity.

What you’ll do:

• Create, develop, and manage Adobe Target programs to create campaigns that are personalized and tested.

• Put best practices for technical implementations into reality and offer a plan for utilizing Adobe Target to create outstanding solutions.

• Comply with the tailored experience strategies and website optimization throughout the website and additional touchpoints.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary groups to evaluate the technological viability of conducting experiments and customized interactions.

• Lead technical efforts in collaboration with creative teams, site content, and IT partners to guarantee prompt testing and personalization cadence execution.

• Work together with UX designers to make sure test variations match the branding and design system.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve any integration and configuration problems.

• Identify and resolve technical problems with implementing tools and creating customized site experiences.


What background you should have:

• Thorough familiarity with and expertise with front-end web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, which are utilized in Adobe Target development

• A thorough understanding of session management, security, and best development practices as they relate to online applications

• Expertise in modifying Adobe Launch to meet Target-related specifications

• Excellent reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities

• Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork abilities

• Prior experience working in an agile setting

• Prior experience leading a cohesive team and collaborating with designers and developers to execute designs

• The ability to swiftly adapt to unanticipated shifts in workload and priorities, allowing for a quicker time to market
