We are seeking an experienced Insurance Virtual Assistant to join our team. As an Insurance Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our insurance agency. Your main tasks will include managing calendars, scheduling appointments, processing insurance applications, and organizing client data. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of insurance policies and procedures. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with insurance software are a plus.
