Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Lead Generation and Email Marketing Specialist to enhance our digital marketing efforts. This role involves creating and implementing strategies to attract and convert leads through various online platforms, including our website and social media channels. The ideal candidate will have experience with lead magnets, email campaign management, and lead generation analytics.
We currently have a quiz lead magnet ready to go, but would like advice and the email campaigns, etc set up. We also have a ton of free e-workbooks, etc we can offer as a lead magnet.

I work with Teens in the mental and emotional wellness space, and at times we talk about suicide prevention.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, launch, and manage effective lead magnets to attract potential clients.
Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
Optimize our website for lead generation, ensuring seamless integration of lead capture forms and calls-to-action.
Collaborate with our content team to ensure all online content is optimized for lead generation.
Use analytics to track the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
Manage and segment our email list to tailor campaigns to different audience segments.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in lead generation and email marketing.

Strong understanding of lead magnet development and email campaign management.
Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software.
