Leading Agency Seeking U.S. Based Social Marketing Expert (Fortune 500 Clients)
Award-winning agency "HireInfluence" is looking for a best-in-class candidate to join our team as a part-time social media expert. MUST be U.S. based individual (no agencies). You will work in conjunction with our Influencer and Paid Media teams to build and maintain a professional social presence for Fortune 500 clients/events across Youtube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter as required. The ideal candidate will have a 360-degree knowledge of social strategy, audience/follower building, trendsetting design/content creation, brand development, page branding, etc. Specifics include:
✓ Defining and executing creative, trendsetting concepts specific to social channels
✓ Defining KPIs and metrics to measure success
✓ Developing a crisis management plan
✓ Execution of paid advertising/boosting opportunities + optimization based on real-time results.
✓ Setting clear goals and objectives
✓ Competitor review and monitoring
✓ Developing content themes and messaging (including content calendar)
✓ Collaborating with brand partners as required to ensure success
✓ Implementing paid social media advertising campaigns
✓ Execution of contests, giveaways, etc to promote engagement and page growth where applicable
✓ Managing various social media accounts and communities
✓ Engaging with social audiences and responding to comments/messages
✓ Tracking and analyzing performance metrics across each targeted channel
✓ Conducting A/B testing to improve content and messaging results
✓ Monitoring industry trends and adapting successful strategies
PRIORITY TASKS
- Production of Best In Class Content: This includes expert-level imagery, videos, copywriting, and other content tailored for social media platforms in the United States. The goal is to capture the attention of targeted audiences and drive effective/aggressive follower growth.
- Account Operations Management: Handle account operations across all targeted channels to enhance engagement and interaction with client audiences. Must ensure to work directly in conjunction with our brand partners to ensure smooth and efficient social page setup, and branding that is cohesive with overall client initiatives.
- User Education and Action: Utilize social media platforms to educate users about the brand, their products, and unique offerings. Drive actions such as website visits for purchases and brand engagement. A documented history of conversion success is required.
- Comprehensive social analytics & reporting across each managed channel, with strict deadline delivery of performance data to clients on a weekly and monthly basis.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
This position is fully remote, with the majority of communication coming from our team on Slack. You will be issued an agency email, and onboarded as an extension of our agency. Time requirements will vary based on project volume and scope, but estimated to be 20 hours per week to start. Must be a team player and willing to jump in where brand opportunities align with your experience.
Hourly rate: $35-$50 based on experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a U.S. Based Individual (no agencies)
- 4-5 years minimum social media marketing experience (strategy, branding, creative design, content creation, paid ads management, page growth methods, channel analytics, etc)
- Must have an expansive knowledge of social media platforms and current content trends (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Twitter)
- Must be proactive, ambitious, hardworking, and extremely creative. Ability to "move the needle" on social objectives.
- Graphic design/photoshop experience as it pertains to social media assets is required. Feed post portfolio samples will be requested.
- Fortune 500/1000 level references required.
