Job Description:
We are seeking a licensed Structural Engineer in California to collaborate on a residential project. The project involves the structural engineering and calculations of an approximately 1400 square-foot single-story house using Type-V construction. This is one of several larger projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the architectural team to ensure structural integrity and efficiency of design.
- Prepare structural drawings and calculations.
- Recommend best practices and materials while considering cost-efficiency and sustainability.
- Ensure all designs meet the safety and regulations standards as per the 2022 CBC.

Requirements:
- Must be a licensed Structural Engineer in California.
- Proven experience in residential projects, particularly with Type-V construction.
- Proficient in relevant engineering software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Provide a detailed timeline and adhere to project schedules.
