We are looking for an architect who can help us scatch out the basement to finish , and secondly help with guiding us to choose what kind of basement finishing is better ( digging v benching) in Somerville, MA area.
Looking for someone local , honest and knowledgeable architect.
Looking to have long term buisness relatioship if rate and everything goes well!

We might also need help with few other basement to finish, and to also find out few llegistics like if we have a multifamily home then can finish the basement and make that part of first unit ( this is in Cambridge, MA
