Need a designer who can create an outdoor amenity package for 8 different apartment complexes. These properties age anywhere from 5-30 years old. Properties range from 100 units to 600 units.
Existing greenspace varies between each project. I would like to hire a designer who can utilize the existing space and provide an outdoor concept that includes: dog park, pavillion, pickleball court, grilling stations etc....
