Patent Search and Analyses on existing sign product

A sign company is trying to introduce product to the market that appears partially patented by a well known US manufacturer. We need to make sure that sample of OUR product does not infringe on any of their patents (or nay other ones for that matter). If some modifications to our product are realistic to make it compliant - we need to understand what they should be.
This gig is only for licensed attorneys (any state) with an 5+ years experience in patent searches and analysis.
