Python Image detection enhancements from Beta to Production application

Installed on a laptop two cameras to detect gun images.
All works great not not easy to install for a new beta test for a client.

1-Installation container for easy installation
2-Make changes to backend admin panel
3-enahnce the mobile app cleaner look and feel
4- ability to change 911 phone number to a local number for testing
