ROI calculation customer support chatbot
I would like to work with someone who can help craft a simple return on investment calculation. I am trying to prove the merits of a chat bot which can provide customer self serve support in lieu of a call center with real people to process customer needs. I don't have all of the economics of our business, so this is about Making assumptions that can be plugged into a model in which I can change the model easily leader when the data becomes available.
