My name is James I work in Herndon Va at MW Architects. We're looking to outsource some existing conditions revit drafting. We have a numerous influx of propjets in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area and at times in other states. We are looking to connect and create a good working relationship with a freelance contractor to help us get these projects in good standings. Our ideal candidate would be great in communicating back and forth with our Sr. Project Coordinator which would be me and some of our Project Coordinators, they would also have a good understanding of various construction types like wood frame, metal stud, masonry, etc... We will provide revit templates and guidance for our graphic/ formatting standard. We are also willing to help and teach you as necessary to help move a project forward. We understand that no one knows everything though we do ask for your honesty and to be upfront. I would love to go over what are needs are, share some sample projects with you and see if you would be a good fit for this remote role in more detail.
