We currently get an Email from Ring Central with a PDF Attachment that has the details of the FAX we received.  We want a PHP cURL Program that calls the Ring Central API and retrieves the FAX.

Your Proposal should include all coding necessary to get a PHP Program to Call the Ring Central API using a TEST User-Account.

The code will be running on an Apache (Dedicated) Server hosted by HostGator,  You will have full access to the WHM and cPanel including Terminal.

Please include in your Proposal your APPROACH including any PHP Libraries or foreign INCLUDE Libraries (Like: pdftotext   or   pdfparser ) Whether it requires  Composer to be installed, etc.

Please do not include Proposals that require a User Account and a Monthly Fee to use the Software!!

Again: Your Proposal should be to a PHP Program that calls the Ring-Central API returns with any-and-all FAXes to that Account - and Either Returns the PDF version or the TEXT Version of the FAX - If the version returned is in PDF Format - then the PHP Program needs to OPEN the PDF and READ the Information, convert it to TEXT format, and write it to a .txt file...

We want someone who has Experience working with the Ring Central API!!!!

Please include WHEN you can start - and HOW LONG it will take you? and the COST!
