We are a growth agency seeking a professional who can develop a comprehensive, SBA-loan-ready business plan for our client, a growing stone fabrication business.  The plan will be used to secure financing to move their operations to a new shop and upgrade our equipment. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of SBA loan requirements and previous experience in preparing business plans for SBA 7a and 504 loans for similar purposes.

The plan should include financial projections, market analysis, company overview, operations strategy, and a strong justification for seeking the loan.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to gather relevant data and insights for inclusion in the business plan.
- Develop financial projections that accurately reflect the anticipated growth and profitability of our stone fabrication business.
- Perform a detailed market analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and potential risks that may impact our business operations.
- Create a comprehensive company overview that showcases our unique strengths, competitive advantages, and growth potential.
- Devise an effective operations strategy that highlights our ability to efficiently utilize resources, streamline processes, and maximize productivity.
Craft a compelling justification for seeking the SBA loan, emphasizing its direct impact on our ability to expand our operations, enhance our equipment, and ultimately drive business growth.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing business plans specifically for securing SBA loans.
- Strong understanding of SBA loan requirements and regulations.
- Exceptional analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines.

- Previous experience in the stone fabrication industry would be advantageous but not mandatory.
