We are seeking a dynamic individual with a background in working with NGOs or fashion brands to join our team as a part-time Pre-sales Consultant. The ideal candidate will be based in Europe and will be responsible for providing pre-sales support and consultation to potential clients. This role will involve explaining company products to prospective customers and assisting them in understanding the value proposition of our offerings. The target clients for this role are primarily compliance or sustainability departments within the supply chain of brand companies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored product demonstrations
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions for clients
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products
- Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor in the pre-sales process
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in the NGO or fashion industry preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
