SharePoint Page Redesign - Secure Data

This project includes migrating our data into our existing SharePoint.
There are approximately 3TBs of data that will be moved.
We would like to incorporate some features such as,
Being able to share large files.
Securing files to guard against theft.
Adding permissions.
Have controls in place to monitor employee's actions.
Enhance workflow.
Consult on other features we should consider.
