Structural Analysis for mounting Smart City equipment on street lights.

We need a structural load analysis of the impact that mounting hardware will have on street lights in addition to existing street signage. We have previous documentation and analyses for the mounted hardware for reference but need analysis that includes the street signs. Must be certified to do work in Ohio.
