Position Overview:
We are currently seeking empathetic and communicative individuals to join our team as
Telemarketer. In this role, you will engage with prospective clients over the phone to introduce them
to our insurance services. Unlike traditional telemarketing roles, our focus is not on making sales but
on building relationships and providing valuable information to those we reach.

Responsibilities:
 Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads
 Introduce H.B. Cantrell & Co's insurance offerings in a friendly and informative manner
 Listen to clients needs and concerns with empathy and understanding
 Provide detailed information about our insurance products and services
 Answer questions and address inquiries with professionalism and patience
 Schedule follow-up appointments through phone calls/emails for interested individuals to
speak with our agent advisors

Qualifications:
 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
 Empathetic and patient demeanor with the ability to build rapport quickly
 Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in conversation
 Strong active listening skills and attention to detail
 Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
 Prior telemarketing or customer service experience preferred but not required
