Troubleshooting VS Upgrade and Building Credit Card Processing

This job will be to help troubleshoot a web app that's already built, but now broken due to a Visual Studio upgrade. Errors now include Views saying the Partial View's model must be declared, not recognizing Razor language like @TextBoxFor, etc. What's been tried and failed will be listed.

After the application is running again, credit card processing will need to be implemented. This phase has not yet begun. Please reach out if you're interested!
