I run an SEO and web development agency ( AUQ.IO ), this year we're looking to expand our sales team and one of the entry roles we're hiring for is an upwork sales specialist.

This role's responsibility is to manage our upwork sales process by:

- Bidding on upwork opportunities
- Writing appropriate pitches to tailor them to client requests
- Managing our existing list of pitch scripts
- Managing a CRM of pitches
- Communicating with the team about appropriate pitch and bid amounts

It's a good entry sales role for someone to understand how our business runs and contribute quickly. Upwork has been an important part of our growth and we want to keep focusing on it.

Payment will be a mix of hourly plus commission.
