Introduction:
We are seeking a paralegal, attorney, or someone with trademark experience to join our team and assist in researching and vetting a time-sensitive company name within the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive trademark searches to ensure the proposed company name is available for use and registration in the food and beverage industry
2. Analyze search results and provide recommendations based on trademark law and industry standards
3. Collaborate with legal team to assess risks and develop strategies for name selection and protection.
Prepare and file trademark applications as needed.
4. Maintain accurate records and documentation of trademark research and filings.
5. Work efficiently under tight deadlines to meet time-sensitive project requirements.
