DHJ Insurance Agency, Inc. Will Provide:
• Phone extension linked to the Agency’s phone bank
• Conference video connection during working hours
• Orientation on the Agency, Products, and Services
• Errors and Omission Insurance Coverage
Freelancer's Training and Duties:
• Answering Inbound Phone Calls
• Managing Return Calls and Voice Mail Messages
• Complete Fact Finders from Inbound Calls from prospects
• Email new prospective clients Fact Finders
• Make follow-up calls to collect Fact Finders and missing information
• Emailing Agency’s capacity statements and information to prospects
• Make outbound calls to make and schedule appointments for Agents appointments
