Overview

I worked as an operations supervisor in a call center in the Philippines for almost 10 years, ultimately gained experience in sales and customer service. My team had worked on multiple campaigns for credit card acquisition, collection, membership programs, insurance offers and online chat support. I take pride in supervising my team and ensure that all key metrics of performance as per client’s KPI goal are met or exceeded. I always believe on the capabilities of each individual and interested in honing people. I came in Dubai for a new venture and started working as a pioneering online chat support in a prestigious dental clinic. I got promoted as a quality assurance specialist and had worked directly with the management team. I am currently working as a patient care coordinator, ensuring high quality of care and customer service are being given to all of our patients. I always endeavor to bring 101% to the work that I do and my goal is to foster a work environment that is conductive for teamwork and results.
