We are a team that has been utilizing a project and task time tracking solution built on Google Sheets for almost two years now. While it has served us adequately, we've encountered some persistent bugs and complexities that hinder its efficiency.
We've engaged with two different resources from Upwork previously to improve the system, but unfortunately, the results haven't met our expectations. We are now seeking a dedicated professional who can commit to optimizing our current time tracking solution until it operates seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assess the existing Google Sheets time tracking system for bugs, inefficiencies, and complexities.
-Simplify and streamline the user interface and functionality to enhance usability.
-Debug and troubleshoot any issues within the system to ensure smooth operation.
-Implement any necessary improvements or additional features to meet our team's requirements.
-Collaborate with our team to integrate the time tracking data into monthly summary dashboards.
