We have a thirdlane/asterisk PBX with queue-metrics installed by an outside vendor.
Looking for English speaking phone and chat support & training for asterisk, creating macros and designing IVR.
Note: Job will be 60% training, 40% programming.
Knowledge in Adtran, Queue-Metrics, Thirdlane isymphony, is a plus.
