1. Reviewing all survey data that is submitted through the Mobee App.
2. Using validation guidelines, approving or rejecting the data, and handling communications with the user.
3. Reviewing and processing user reward requests to ensure quickest possible turnaround time.
4. Creating automated responses based on common rejection reasons.
5. Communicating with Operations, Customer Service, and Product teams to identify and report common rejection reasons, and recommending process and product changes to address those issues.
