We are currently looking for a Front Desk/Office Assistant, who are able to work at a moment's notice as well as be available for permanent and long-term roles. Roles will typically include reception, general admin, coordination and Personal Assistant positions.
Your responsibilities might include:
• Maintaining reception, attending to deliveries, phone calls and enquiries
• Administrative support, including filing, faxing, photocopying and mail distribution
• Word processing
• Preparing reports
• Maintaining database
