Taking existing excel task list and set it up in Asana with multiple team members. I am open to another task management tool but Asana appears to be the best option.
Depending on how I find the experience I will look to take someone on part-time to full-time for:
- joining weekly calls and possibly other meetings to take notes and to update Asana / Evernote
- aggregating ideas and tasks, ordering and putting into task list. These ideas could be coming from ...
