We are a membership site.
We need someone to spend 4 hours a day at the weekend replying to Zendesk tickets and updating users subscriptions.
- English language mother tongue or living in an English speaking country
- Experience of Zendesk a plus
- Reliable - no excuses (my internet is down etc)
- Friendly - good customer service attitude
- Need to be available on Skype for IM
- 4 Hours per day on Weekends
- Replying to Zendesk tickets
- Answering customer questions
- Cancelling customer accounts ...
