That's because UPS is updating its APIs from Access Key-based authorization with SOAP/XML to OAuth 2.0 authorization with RESTful APIs. So, our UPS plugin needs to be re-written to use the new RESTful APIs instead of the older SOAP/XML APIs. We need to get this done by June 5, 2024.
