We are looking for a developer who has experience using older versions of Joomla and PHP. We need to update our website (murach.com) to use a new API from UPS to calculate shipping charges. That's because UPS is updating its APIs from Access Key-based authorization with SOAP/XML to OAuth 2.0 authorization with RESTful APIs. So, our UPS plugin needs to be re-written to use the new RESTful APIs instead of the older SOAP/XML APIs. We need to get this done by June 5, 2024.
