Part time position as book keeper/office manager.
Duties will include time keeping of employee, billing & accounts receivable, dinning filing, phones, purchasing of supplies and organization and management of office space.
In addition, the position will require assistance with online property research, tracking and maintaining company registrations, assisting with promotional materials.
A successful candidate must be extremely organized and possess good writing and research skills.
