Inputs employee personal data into HRIS and benefits systems.
Process various forms related to documenting human resources activities such as new-hire, change-of-status, performance evaluations, benefits, terminations, etc
Ensure completion of new hire paperwork for payroll and benefits.
Maintain complete and compliant employee personnel and benefit files.
Administer all benefits billings to include medical, dental, 401K, life insurance, etc.
Assist with the administration of immigration paperwork.
Prepare special reports, such as insurance, COBRA, OSHA, affirmative action and headcount using HRIS.
