Job Title: Client Facing Digital Marketer (Contractor)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client-Facing Account Manager to join our team on a contractor basis. This individual will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and overseeing marketing services to drive client success.
Job Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust, communication, and results.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and priorities, and provide strategic guidance and support.
Marketing Services Management:
Oversee and directly manage the execution of marketing services, including running email campaigns, managing blog content, and implementing launch and funnel marketing strategies.
Monitor marketing performance metrics and KPIs to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness.
Strategy Development:
Collaborate with clients to develop and refine marketing strategies aligned with their business objectives and target audience.
Provide strategic recommendations and insights to drive client goals and achieve measurable results.
Daily Account Management:
Work with clients daily to address inquiries, provide updates, and ensure timely delivery of services and deliverables.
Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
Well-rounded marketing professional.
Proven experience in client-facing account management, preferably in the digital marketing or agency environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tactics, with hands-on experience in paid media, email marketing, launch marketing, and funnel marketing.
Experience working with coaches, course creators, or online businesses in the digital space.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive client success.
Proficiency in software platforms such as Kajabi, ConvertKit, Go HighLevel, ActiveCampaign, etc.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
