We have a need for someone to help out with bookkeeping. Contract is temporary with a possibility of going permanent. Must have QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop accounting experience. Must have experience with Dropbox, Google Drive, and SharePoint. Must have full-charge bookkeeping experience with accrual accounting knowledge. Also, must have a solid understanding of the financials. We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper. Must be available to work during US Eastern standard time, no exceptions. We are a series A startup with HQ in the Bay Area, US and a subsidiary in Canada. We're looking for expert help for our bookkeeping and global transactions/reconciliation. We are working with Kruze Consulting (US) and ConnectCPA (Canada). We have intercompany transactions (loan, services) between the 2 entities. Our CPAs take care of monthly bookkeeping and record intercompany invoices. I'd like to implement a proper check and balance, and have someone to review our books and provide guidance to CPAs as needed.
