Project Overview: We are embarking on an exciting project aimed at reverse engineering a fresh breathe product no longer in the market. To accomplish this, we are seeking an experienced and talented food scientist to work with our team on a freelance basis. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing the formulation, proportions, and ingredients of the target product. Responsibilities: * Reverse Engineering: Analyze an existing mint product's formulation and proportions. Conduct experiments and tests to reverse engineer the product, including ingredient identification, measurement, and analysis. * Formulation Development: Create a consistent, high-quality, and stable formulation for our Best Mints product, ensuring that the ingredients are compatible and the mints have the desired taste, texture, and appearance. * Food Safety and Compliance: Ensure that the Best Mints product adheres to food safety regulations, such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and any relevant local, national, or international food safety standards.
