oDesk is seeking top-notch customer service representatives to join our team and provide help ticket support for our users. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Service (with ticket/email system exposure), stellar verbal and written communication skills, experience working in the oDesk Marketplace, and a drive to DELIGHT customers!
Our immediate openings are for various times mostly concentrated on weekend/night coverage (PST).
