We help companies streamline their booking and payment processing. We're looking for a new team member to assist with dispute resolution.
This position involves fielding credit card disputes on a rolling basis and driving them to resolution. This will be a customer facing role where you will be dealing directly with our customers to resolve situations that can be very frustrating for them.
Your responsibilities include the following:
1) Working in Google Spreadsheets to enter and manage data.
